01Service Description

The App helps groups run rotating savings/committee (ROSCA) cycles: create committees, manage members, run draws, share announcements, track payments, and upload payment proofs. The App does not process, hold, or transfer money; all payments happen outside the App.

02Eligibility and Accounts

• You must be legally permitted to enter agreements in your jurisdiction.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all actions taken in your account.
• You must provide accurate information (name, phone, email) and keep it current.

03User Obligations

• Use the App only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms.
• Do not upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content (including payment proofs, chat messages, announcements, or dispute evidence).
• Respect committee rules and other members; do not harass, spam, or misrepresent payments.
• Obtain consent before uploading images or documents that contain other people’s personal data.

05Content and Licenses

• You retain ownership of your content. You grant us and relevant committee admins a non-exclusive license to use, store, display, and process your content as needed to operate the App.
• We may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

06Notifications

• The App uses push notifications for draws, reminders, proofs, announcements, and chat. You can manage permissions in your device settings; turning them off may limit timely updates.

07Suspension and Termination

• We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or create risk for others. You may stop using the App at any time and can request account deletion from within the App.

08Disclaimers

• The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, draw schedules, or data availability.
• We are not liable for financial losses, payment disputes, or actions taken by committee admins or members.

09Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to the App will not exceed the amount you paid to use the App in the last 12 months (typically zero). Some jurisdictions do not allow such limits; you may have additional rights.

10Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

11Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your country/state of residence, unless local law requires otherwise.

12Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated in the App or release notes. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
