How can we help?

No. The App is a committee (ROSCA) tracking tool only. It does not process, hold, or transfer money. All payments occur directly between members outside the App.

Each draw uses a seed that is saved with the result. Any member can re-run the draw with that seed to confirm the same winner, and every draw is recorded in the committee’s audit trail.

Committee admins and payout recipients can view payment proofs for their committee. Other members cannot access other members’ proofs.

The admin’s rejection reason appears on the payment. You can replace your proof for that cycle before it is finalized. If you disagree with a decision, raise a dispute from the committee’s menu and attach your evidence.

Accept an invite from Profile → My Invites, or use Search Committees on the home screen and send a join request. The admin approves the request before you’re added.

Check that notifications are allowed for Committee Book in your device settings. Core updates still appear in the app’s notification list even when push notifications are off.

Go to Profile → Preferences. Choose English, اردو or हिन्दी, and Dark, Light or System Default theme.
